Sponsorship

Partner with WSDM 2026.

Join the organisations already convening sessions, supplying knowledge and hosting the summit. A partnership here is a role in the programme, not a logo on a banner.

Ways to partner

Six kinds of partnership.

These are the categories WSDM 2026 has awarded, and the organisations currently in them. A partnership is a role in the programme, not a logo placement.

  • Session Partner

Convene and shape a thematic session or plenary, with your own speakers and framing.

Currently India Foundation · NIDM · CDRI · Government of Uttarakhand

  • Knowledge Partner

Bring research, curriculum and technical depth to the programme across the three days.

Currently IIT Roorkee · IIRS · ICAR

  • Technology Partner

Put working tools in front of delegates at the #TechForResilience exhibition.

    Currently Esri

  • Communication Partner

Carry the summit to the audiences that need to hear what comes out of it.

    Currently Grant Thornton Bharat LLP

  • Venue Partner

Host the summit. The auditorium, the lecture theatres and the exhibition floor.

    Currently Graphic Era

  • Community Partner

Connect the programme to the communities it is ultimately for.

    Currently HESCO

FAQs

Before you write to us.

What is in the sponsorship matrix?

A guide to every sponsorship opportunity at the summit: what each tier includes, what it costs, and what visibility comes with it. It downloads as a single document.

How do I start a conversation?

Email the secretariat or call the number on this page. For anything beyond a straightforward tier, it is usually quicker to talk it through than to work from the matrix alone.

Can we sponsor a single session?

Yes. Session Partner is the most common arrangement on the programme, and several thematic sessions and plenaries at WSDM 2026 are convened that way.

Are the summit resources free?

Yes. Reports, presentations and guides published by the summit are provided free of charge, and we encourage you to share them with colleagues and communities. Please attribute them to the source.
